My Gifts for Jesus is a great tool for both kids and parents. Kids are able to think about and write down gifts they want to give to Jesus and parents are able to snap a photo of them with this printable and save it so they can look back year after year and remember what their kids decided to give to Jesus.

This printable is customizable. It includes 4 different designs for you to choose from that you can customize with your child’s name, age, and the year.

How it works: When you download this resource, you’ll receive a PDF with full instructions and a link to the design template in Canva. Use Canva (free account required) to customize the graphic for each child. Then download the newly customized graphic in the format (PDF, .png, .jpg, etc.) that best fits your needs. Print out and have your kids write down the things they are grateful for.

This is also a fun activity for children’s ministry leaders to do with the kids in their church. Leaders can customize one of the printables for each child in their church, print out, and have each child fill out. Then leaders can also take pictures of each child and text or email the photo to the parents.
